Are your coaches trained?

All SoccerstarsUK Coaches hold a minimum FA Level 1 Coaching Certificate. All staff hold an Enhanced DBS, First Aid and Safeguarding Certificates. For more information on our coaches, please visit our “Meet the team” page.

Can I turn up with my child on the day?

No, children must be pre-booked onto all our sessions/holiday clubs as our coaches need to know the number of children they will be working with to plan their sessions to suit.

Do parents have to stay throughout the session?

No, parents can pick their children up at the end of the session, safe in the knowledge that their child is having fun, being active and most importantly in a safe environment with our qualified and vetted coaches.

What does my child have to wear/bring to each session?

We ask that children bring:

1. Comfortable & suitable shoes/trainers
2. Wear loose fitting clothing (e.g. a tracksuit, t-shirt, top – shorts if it’s warm enough and shin pads)
3. A packed lunch (Holiday courses only)
4. A water bottle

We do ask that all items are clearly labelled so we can ensure your child goes home with everything they came with!

What happens if you are unable to deliver the club outside?

We do our best to carry out the sessions outside as much as possible, if weather conditions are not suitable, we will do the session in an indoor space.

What happens if my child misses a session I have already paid for? Or I know they will miss a session during a term?

We can only accept bulk bookings and cannot offer a refund if your child misses a session.

What happens if the session is cancelled?

If a session is cancelled by the School, Soccerstars or due to the weather we will issue a voucher payment for the value of the session to be used against your next booking.

Do you accept Childcare vouchers?

We accept childcare vouchers for After School Clubs and Holiday Courses

Do you offer any siblings discount?

Sorry, we do not offer a sibling discount on any of our sessions. We run Early bird discounts and special offers. Please see our “News” page for more information.

When do your Holiday Courses run?

We run our holiday courses during every school holiday – you can find the dates of your nearest holiday course on our “Holiday Courses” page.

What age children do you accept on holiday courses?

Our holiday courses welcome children aged 5 – 12.

Can I book a Taster session?

We have different offers available across our courses, such as 2 taster sessions for the price of 4. Take a look through our courses

What if the session if fully booked?

SoccerstarsUK offer a first come, first served basis. On all fully booked sessions, we offer a waiting list.

What if my child has an allergy?

Please can parents inform SoccerstarsUK of any allergies that their child have before they attend any of our sessions so that the coaches can take all necessary precautions.

What are Soccerstars UK Policies/Procedures?

SoccerstarsUK have full operating policies and procedures including, safeguarding, health & safety, inclusion, behaviour, etc. These are available within our bookings system T&C’s

Can I join the team/ become a coach?

Soccerstars UK are always on the look-out for people to join our coaching team. If you have a passion for football please fill out the form on our Job Application page.
